Creamy Ranch Chicken Pasta

A comforting and rich pasta dish with creamy ranch sauce, tender chicken, and quick to prepare in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts in the pan for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for a few minutes.
  5. Make the sauce by adding heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix in the same skillet, stirring until combined and simmering for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Combine the cooked chicken with the creamy ranch sauce in the pan, simmering together for another couple of minutes.
  7. Serve sliced chicken over cooked pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half or a plant-based cream for a lighter or dairy-free option. You can also add vegetables or adjust spices to taste.
