Delicious Dates Protein Balls

A no-bake snack option packed with healthy fats, fiber, and protein, perfect for on-the-go energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (such as chia or flaxseeds)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend the dates in a food processor until they form a sticky paste. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water.
  2. Add the nut butter to the date mixture and blend until fully combined.
  3. Combine the blended date mixture with seeds, rolled oats, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut in a large bowl.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated without dry clumps.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, yielding around 15.
  6. Chill the protein balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh dates for the best texture. Don’t overwork the mixture and consider rolling in extras for added flavor.
