One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

A delightful one pot pasta dish featuring rich garlic flavor and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Combine the pasta, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the mixture until boiling, then reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Choose whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for a healthier twist. You can use low-fat milk, but for creaminess, whole or 2% milk is recommended.
