Low Carb Firecracker Ground Chicken

A quick and flavorful low-carb dish with a spicy kick from sriracha and savory ground chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Brown the chicken, stirring occasionally, until fully browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder, and mix well.
  4. Cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until the flavors meld and the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Ground chicken can be substituted with turkey or lean beef. Adjust sriracha to taste for spiciness.
