Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious and simple gluten-free peanut butter cookies, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (such as honey or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup PBfit powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, sweetener, PBfit powder, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Scoop dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball gently with a fork.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for best results. Experiment with different sweeteners for unique flavors.
