Easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

A delightful dish that combines classic Caesar salad flavors with hearty pasta, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to mix everything.
  2. Dress the Salad: Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
  3. Add Cheese and Season: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again lightly.
  4. Serve or Chill: Enjoy the salad immediately, or cover and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Notes

You can use any type of cooked pasta; whole wheat or gluten-free options work well. Grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
