Chicken Caesar Wrap

A deliciously simple meal combining classic Caesar salad flavors with the convenience of a wrap, perfect for quick lunches or satisfying dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface, such as a cutting board or countertop.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
  4. Add croutons on top of the chicken mixture if using.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to create a sealed wrap.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally with a sharp knife. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later enjoyment.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients and avoid overfilling to make rolling easier. Sturdy tortillas work best.
