Bacon Cheeseburger Dippers

A fun twist on traditional cheeseburgers, these Bacon Cheeseburger Dippers combine ground beef, crispy bacon, and gooey cheddar cheese into easy-to-eat bites that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Juice (optional)
  • 6 oz Cheddar Cheese (Sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, black pepper, salt, pickle juice (if using), and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture evenly into the cavities of a whoopie pie pan or form into circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Add half of the patties with a cheddar cheese square and top with another meat patty to create a sandwich.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with your choice of dipping sauces.

Notes

Mix gently to keep the dippers tender. Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
