Beef and Broccoli Ramen

A quick and easy one-pan meal combining tender beef, vibrant broccoli, and chewy ramen noodles in a savory sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 packs ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth in a bowl. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, sautéing until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  5. Cook the thinly sliced beef in the pan until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender.
  7. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes).
  8. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan, tossing well to coat everything in the sauce.
  9. Transfer the beef and broccoli ramen to serving bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

For more tender slices, freeze the beef for about 30 minutes to make it easier to slice thinly. Avoid overcooking broccoli to keep it bright and crisp.
