Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats (rolled or quick oats)
  • 2 eggs

  • Cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas until smooth.
  2. Mix in the oats and eggs until well combined.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add cooking spray or oil.
  5. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown, about another 1-2 minutes.
